TATE BROS FORMALLY CHARGED

UK prosecutors have formally authorized 21 criminal charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate, marking the first official confirmation of these allegations. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) stated that the charges were approved in 2024, prior to issuing an extradition warrant to return the brothers from Romania.
The Tates, who hold dual British-American citizenship, are currently under investigation in Romania for various offenses, which they deny. The CPS noted that Romanian legal proceedings must be concluded before the UK can proceed with its own cases.
The CPS’s decision followed the receipt of evidence from Bedfordshire Police concerning allegations made in the UK.
Andrew Tate, a 38-year-old influencer and former kickboxer, faces 10 charges related to three alleged victims, including rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution for gain.
Tristan Tate, 36, is charged with 11 offenses connected to one alleged victim, encompassing rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking.
Both brothers were born in the United States and relocated to Luton, UK, with their mother following their parents’ divorce.
Andrew Tate has publicly expressed support for Donald Trump and the MAGA movement. Following Trump’s projected victory in the 2024 presidential election, Tate announced his intention to return to the United States, punctuating his statement with “MAGA!” He has also endorsed Trump’s policies, particularly highlighting Trump’s avoidance of initiating new wars during his presidency.
Tate’s alignment with Trump has garnered backing from prominent figures within Trump’s circle, including Donald Trump Jr. and Elon Musk. Reports indicate that Trump administration officials, such as Richard Grenell, engaged with Romanian authorities concerning Tate’s legal issues, although Trump himself has denied direct involvement.
Despite facing legal challenges, Tate has maintained a significant presence in conservative circles, receiving support from groups like the Tampa Bay Young Republicans. However, some conservatives, including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and commentator Ben Shapiro, have criticized his return to the U.S.
