During signup, we ask for your radio station's website, whether your station broadcasts over the air, online, or both, and whether your station qualifies as non-profit (religious, low-power FM, or hobby/non-profit). This helps us understand our client base and support your station appropriately.
1.3 Payment Information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full credit card number on our servers. We retain only a Stripe-issued customer reference ID and subscription details (plan, billing period, status) needed to manage your account.
1.4 Usage Information. We collect information about your use of the Services, including text-to-speech character usage, generated news scripts, and audio files you upload to our Mixer, File Merger, and Social Media Blast tools.
1.5 Technical Information. We automatically record your IP address and timestamp when you sign up for an account and when you agree to our Terms of Use and no-refund policy. We retain this as a record of your agreement, which may be used as evidence in the event of a payment dispute or credit card chargeback.
