Israeli airstrikes in Gaza have killed at least 89 people
This included 31 trying to get aid. The attacks targeted displaced civilians in al-Mawasi, an area Israel designated as a safe zone. Five more Palestinians, including two children, died from famine and malnutrition due to Israel’s ongoing blockade. The strikes also wounded over 500 others, overwhelming local hospitals. Palestinian health officials report 227 total deaths from starvation since the siege began.
